Reiko Sato
Dancer Reiko Sato (1931-1981) danced with Jack Cole (1911-1974) and appeared in a featured role in Kismet in both the Broadway and Hollywood versions during the 1950s. In Flower Drum Song (1961), she appeared opposite James Shigeta (who was a pretty good dancer himself) in a seven minute dream ballet sequence and it is the role for which she is best known.
